Lego DC Comics Super Heroes: Justice League – Cosmic Clash: Coin Collecting, the cure for all kinds of collectors

Some might be thinking why I'm not starting with the first Lego Batman movie. Well, the reason is because... its Lego Batman 2, its the game's cutscenes edited into a movie. As to why I'm not doing the other Batman movies and TV specials first... I've been playing a fair bit of Lego Batman 3, and was just in the mood for something with Brainiac as the villain. Now as to why I'm playing Lego Batman 3 and other non Zelda or Horizon games? Future plans for Breath of the Wild, and I don't have a PS4. Onward to the review!

Lego; The Adventures of Clutch Powers: Expect alot of Lego movie comparisons here

I'm not kidding by that title, as the comparisons are pretty easy to make. Yet, there is a reason why one is a cinematic darling to the masses, and the other is a Direct to DVD special I saw in supermarkets and Target. And trust me, it shows, it really shows.

Equestria Girls: Friendship Games: Saturday Morning sport turned into a movie?

I have had people try to say I'm a brony because of how much coverage I give the series. And while I maintain that I still come back to this series because I get requests, my counter argument includes all the Transformers coverage, Digimon Marathon and May 2015, also known as the Marvel Movie Marathon. Now giving Hasbro the lion's share of coverage, yes I am guilty of that (however that does mean you have to really convince me to consider looking at the Jem movie, seeing as the only other I.P of Hasbro's I have any knowledge of is G.I Joe thanks to those live action movies). So while I listen to Transformers Prime's soundtrack as I can't make a Transformers joke without pushing the source material for this one, sadly, let's tackle High School Musi... I mean Equestria Girls: Friendship Games...

First Impressions: Equestria Girls; Friendship Games. "Oh no, not again"

When I made the content montage, I intended it to show off all my content for July as well, with an updated version for the end of the year showing off the August-December content as well... and then I wake up Friday morning to see this has been unveiled... well because I got a request to review the movie (and I needed an excuse to do the next first Impressions after this), lets see what this trailer has. The first impressions of the third Equestria Girls Movie, Friendship games. To the people who saw my main stage presentation at the Tech Games Fest, as I said in the Facebook page, I swear I'm not a brony.

Trying to see if I can fix that annoying bug that's plaguing the Facebook page for this site

BIONICLE: The Legend Reborn. Bye Bye Babylon, hello... RomeIn the desert?

The quest for the Ignika, the longest plot in the BIONICLE Story line from the first Generation. 3 continents, two universes, 5 years of story with plans for it to go on longer... Who knew you could have so much of a plot revolving around a Mask of Life. Three years of the story revolves around the return of Mata Nui, not only showing the intent of the mask, to bring Mata Nui back to life, but to awaken him from the sleep Teridax put him in during the Metru Nui Arc. For the full story on just what happened, Links to the years are here (2006 2007 2008). I recommend you do this though if want to know what the heck is going on during the rest of the review... or at least the set up. With that though, 4 years after Web of Shadows, its time to go to a new universe entirely... kinda... Time to learn of Bara Magna's past, BIONICLE: The Legend Reborn.

Bionicle 3: Web of Shadows. "So when the sun goes down"... I really need to fix this note mix up...

While it won't affect this review, going to bring it up now, I hate spiders, of any kind. Its actually for that reason that I remember not liking BIONICLE 3 as much as the first two (and is also one of the two reasons why I avoid re watching Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets to this day... I see you laughing there, any day you want to stop).

One of the problems with a prequel sequel is that it can take away any sense of shock value. While it works for Legends of Metru Nui as, at the time, you could be forgiven for not making the connection that the Toa Metru are the Turaga from the Mata Nui Saga. However this becomes a problem for Web of Shadows as it serves as the bridge between Legends of Metru Nui, and the start of the Mata Nui Saga, Quest for the Masks. I've probably already spoiled it there but encase you want to know how it does so, time for the review of BIONICLE 3: Web of Shadows.

Bionicle 2: The Legends of Metru Nui. Trust me, this one will hopefully make more sense... maybe...

So now we come to the sequel... thats a prequel, but is also a prequel to its own sequel... and because the last review got way to long for its own good (which in hindsight was to be expected as its the same review twice... I won't be bringing out the Matoran font again (unless you want it to return...). 2004 is described as one of the best years for the series. The play sets are still loved to this day by a lot of people, the collectables were fun and the story was engaging... speaking on which...

My Little Pony: Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks. Don't let this Siren cast her spell

So those who have been paying attention, I started reviewing the series the week this film was due to go to cinemas and the week I posted the first film was the day it was released on DVD... to my knowledge, there is no connection to the film and today, or this week, I just wanted to give it some time to settle. When this is done, while I have one final post to make at the end of this week, I will have covered the FiM series released to date. I won't review the latter seasons on their own, but I am still willing to review other aspects of the franchise if I get requests for them. With that out of the way: Rainbow Rocks.

My Little Pony: Equestria Girls: "There's nothing funnier than the human animal"

Direct to DVD films are to movies what Shovelware and, specifically, movie tie in are to video games, nothing but a quick cash grab even if the final product is awful. The budget is kept as low as physically possible to make the most profit from fools who were stupid enough to buy it for either themselves or for their families... With the success of the first three seasons along with the success of the other products made based off the show, it makes sense that a movie for My Little Pony would be made. The film itself, titled My Little Pony: Equestria Girls has received mixed reactions amongst the community, there are people who will defend it and others who would destroy it. But how does it fair from someone who looks at it as a movie? Time to review My Little Pony: Equestria Girls.
